Try doing each exercise for 30 seconds to a nanosecond, and repeat the routine two to three times. As you progress, you can gradationally increase the duration and intensity of your cardio drill. Here are some simple Strength Training Exercises that beginners can do at home:

Bodyweight Squats - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, and lower yourself down into a squat by bending your knees and pushing your hips back. Keep your chest up and your weight in your heels. Push back up to the starting position. Need 10-15 repetitions.

Lunges - Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Step forward with one foot and lower yourself down until your front knee is bent at a 90-degree angle. Your back knee should be hovering just above the ground. Push back up to the starting position and repeat on the other side. Aim for 10-15 repetitions on each leg.

Push-ups - Start in a plank position, with your hands shoulder-width apart and your body in a straight line. Lower your body down until your chest almost touches the ground, then push back up to the starting position. Aim for 10-15 repetitions.

Perform each exercise for 10-15 repetitions.

Downward Dog - Launch on your hands and knees, with your wrists directly under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. Tuck your toes under and lift your hips up and back, coming into a reversed V- shape. Hold for many breaths, and also release. 

Warrior I- Stand with your bases hip- range piecemeal. Step your left bottom back about 3- 4 bases and turn it out at a 45-degree angle. Square your hips forward and raise your arms up above, keeping your shoulders relaxed. Hold for many breaths, also repeat on the other side. 

Tree Disguise- Stand with your bases together and your arms at your sides. Shift your weight onto your left bottom and lift your right bottom off the ground, placing the sole of your bottom on the inside of your left ham. Bring your hands together in front of your heart and hold for many breaths. Repeat on the other side. 

Sun Salutations- Sun salutations are a series of yoga acts that flow together. They're a great way to warm up the body and get the blood flowing. To do a sun salutation, start in mountain disguise, and also move through a series of acts including forward fold, plank, upward canine, and downcast canine.

Quadrangle Stretch- Stand with your bases hip- range piecemeal. Bend your left knee and bring your heel towards your buttocks, holding onto your ankle with your left hand. Hold for 15- 30 seconds, also repeat on the other side. 

Shin Stretch- Stand facing a wall with your hands on the wall at shoulder height. Step your left bottom back, keeping your heel on the ground. spare forward into the wall, feeling the stretch in your shin muscle. Hold for 15- 30 seconds, also repeat on the other side. 

Perform each stretch for 15- 30 seconds, and repeat the routine two to three times.

Routine 05- Cool-down Exercises

Cooling down after exercising is an important part of any drill routine, as it helps to bring the heart rate back to normal, help muscle soreness, and ameliorate inflexibility. Then, there are some simple cool-down exercises that newcomers can do at home.

Walking in Place- After completing your drill, take many twinkles to walk in place or around the room. This will help to gradationally drop your heart rate and help blood from pooling in your legs. 

Stretching the Arms and Legs- Take many twinkles to stretch out your arms and legs. You can do this by reaching your arms above and holding for many seconds, or by bending forward and reaching for your toes. You can also stretch out your legs by sitting on the ground and reaching for your bases, or by lying on your reverse and pulling your knees towards your casket. 

Deep Breathing- Finish your cool-down by taking many deep breaths. Inhale deeply through your nose, filling your lungs with air, and exhale sluggishly through your mouth, releasing any pressure in your body. This will help to relax your muscles and calm your mind. 

Perform each cool-down exercise for many twinkles, and concentrate on relaxing your body and decelerating your breathing. With these simple exercises, you can help muscle soreness and ameliorate your overall fitness and well-being.
